Each player is dealt a card until everyone has 13 cards in his hand. In each suit, the cards are ranked from the Ace, with the highest value, on down: K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2. The person who takes the first trick will take the kitty, too. If you have 3 players, deal each 13 cards, then add the leftover cards to the kitty. So, if you have 4 players, each receives 13 cards (13 x 4 = 52). Each player is dealt the same number of cards. Three to seven players (four players is the best!) The Cards
